This is a motion aiming to transfer 26050 LIT from treasury to one Litentry team member's account 483kA6nH7swuixzhf3zYfsFXGZ1jhyA55SLxdidBDWMfXUZg, who will distribute the airdrop to ~5000 IdentityHub users based on the previous market campaign.

We didn't choose to directly use referendum to airdrop (e.g. force-transfer to users directly) to avoid verbosity: otherwise we would have to execute 10+ batches which would require one referendum for each batch.
