With the recent launch of IdentityHub, Litentry is poised for new challenges such as enhancing product adoption and value flow in the ecosystem. To address these challenges, we're introducing the Litentry Research Bounty Program. This initiative invites insights, ideas, and proposals from our community to drive the evolution of the Litentry project.
Your input matters. Whether you possess expertise or fresh ideas for Litentry, this program offers a direct avenue to influence the trajectory of the Litentry Protocol.
We Provide
1000 LIT per grant. Approved proposals will be rewarded with 1000 LIT tokens. The proposal initiator also has the flexibility to propose a custom amount.
10% Referral. Introduce friends interested in the Litentry project and earn a 10% referral reward upon their successful proposal acceptance by the Council.
This program is open to all. Everyone is invited to submit proposals. Research experience is not a requirement; your creative ideas and insights are what matter most.
To win a grant, your proposal needs a simple majority approval from the Litentry Council; If it doesn't get approved, you have a second chance to submit a referendum for community voting, which can potentially reverse the initial Council decision.

Before you get started, ensure you have a Substrate wallet with sufficient LIT tokens to cover the gas fee. To transfer LIT tokens from ERC20 to the Litentry Parachain, visit https://apps.litentry.com/transfer and follow this guide to complete the steps.
To submit a bounty, visit Polkadot-JS Apps, switch to 'Litentry Network' in the top left corner, and click on the governance tab in the options bar at the top of the site.

- After, click on 'Bounties' and find the button '+ Add Bounty' on the upper-right side of the interface

- Fill in the bounty title, the requested allocation (including curator's fee), and confirm the call.

- After this, edit your bounty proposal with details on the Subquare platform, the link can be found as follows.

- Please edit your proposal on Subsquare using the same account you submitted the bounty proposal on Polkadot.js.

- You're all set! A Council member will assist you in passing the bounty proposal for votes as a motion, which will take a few hours to 1 business day.
